Delivery

We deliver ready-made balloons, helium balloons, balloon arrangements, photo booths, and decorations within a 100 km radius of Duisburg.

Since many products (e.g., balloon decorations, photo booth decorations, and personalized balloons) are custom-made, the delivery time will be agreed upon individually with the customer.

Delivery options include:

Delivery to the event location

Pick-up by appointment

Deliveries to other German cities outside the 100 km radius are possible by individual arrangement.

We ship exclusively pre-packaged boxes to countries within the European Union via postal service.

Delivery costs are calculated individually based on the delivery address and order size and will be communicated to the customer before the contract is finalized.

Pick-up

Pick-up is possible by appointment.

Payment Methods

Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or PayPal unless otherwise agreed.

Prices

All prices are final prices.

In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged (small business regulation).

Important Note

For personalized products, custom-made items, and decoration and event services, cancellation or return is not possible after production has begun.
